About Meg North

Hello, I'm Meg,  I've been running my own company now for 10 years and before that I worked for one of the top telemarketing company's as their in-house broker for 5 years.  My marketing background started by spending 6 months doing tele-sales, I have sold everything from videos (and yes some were blue) to portable payphones.  I have done everything from the boring screening for company details to the essential high quality appointment setting which for anyone who has done that knows it is harder than it sounds. 

I then moved into the data department where I was responsible for maintaining and selling the in-house database and for finding new data to fulfill clients requirements for their relevant projects, which meant I not only got to know where the best sources of data were but also how the lists perform.

I've been married for 30 years and have two children with two grandchildren who are Finnish and both bi-lingual.

My hobbies include reading (current book is Hannibal which in my opinion is much better than the film), travelling, walking, films, crosswords and jigsaws which I find very stress relieving and once started can't stop until it's completed.

Having family in Finland means I get to do a bit of travelling, I try to visit at least twice a year and like to take a different route each time we go.
