F.A.Q of the most popular questions asked of us.
Are the extra's optional or 'must-haves'
The only optional is the delivery format, i.e.. magnetic media or labels. If you want the file delivered via email there is no need for a disk.
Does the delivery cost allow for delivery to outside the UK?Yes but only if we email it, if you require a disk or CD sent by courier then the cost will depend on the level of service required and the country to which the data is being sent. Please call for a relevant quote at the time.
If I don't opt for the magnetic media option, do I just get labels?
No, we can supply labels (extra cost) if required but most people these days want their data emailed to them.
If not, what media and formats are available?
We can also send the data as an excel spreadsheet .xls but would need to know the version you are currently using to enable us to do this.
Do you have an in-house person who I can talk to for advice before making any decision to purchase/rent? If yes how best to make contact?
You can call me, afternoons are better as I tend to do meetings etc in the mornings. If you get the voice mail then leave me your number, I will call you back as soon as I'm free.
Can I use consumer data more than once?
With consumer data it is only available for single use, i.e. mail once only. When you order you will sign a licence agreement stating that the data will only be used once and that if it is misused we will charge you x 10 the base rental price. See our terms and conditions page.
What kind of cost reductions can I expect for larger volumes?
We don't offer discounts on orders under 10,000 records.
Discount structure starts at 10%, dependent on the number of records taken.
