Email Guidlines

In order to assist in the prevention of unwanted emails, you are required under our standard terms and conditions to adhere to the following guidelines when sending electronic mail messages

Include within all messages the request that if a person does not wish to receive any further such email messages, they put 'REMOVE' in the subject box and return or forward the message back to sender.

Any such messages received by you should be supplied to us in a text file format (txt or csv), by email to lists@megalist.co.uk or by disc to our postal address. All such returns are held separately so that they may be filtered out of any future listings.

All messages should be short, pleasant and polite; they should not, under any circumstances contain anything that may be considered in any way offensive or obtrusive.

Do not falsify point-of-origin information, do not conceal your actual internet domain name or any other identifying information; do not misrepresent yourself or any other person.

Megalist Associates cannot, under any circumstances confirm or comment on any particular Internet Service Provider's policy towards mass or bulk email sending and you are advised, if in any doubt as to your particular ISP's code of practice to check with them yourself prior to sending any such messages. In any case, we would advise that you contact your ISP to ensure they have no objection to you sending the quantity of emails that you may be considering at any particular time.

The email addresses listed are believed to be correct at time of compilation, but due to the frequency of email address changes etc, Megalist Associates cannot accept responsibility for the current connectability of the list.
