This database of all limited/plc Company Directors and Company Secretaries has been developed from personal details registered at Companies House. From a total file size of 4 million records around 2 million records are unique individuals, which nets down to around 1.5 million households. To ensure the validity of this database all records are verified against the Electoral Roll, data held at Companies House, Phonebase, gone-away suppression files and MPS file.

Personal Details - Gender, geography, date of birth, remuneration, nationally, whether a director or company secretary, shareholdings and number of directorships.

Business Classification - Plc or Ltd company or both, specific business descriptions (e.g. accountants who are registered liquidators), 1980 and 1992 SIC codes, whether director of a holdings company, parent or subsidiary.

Size Indicators - Number of employees, turnover, profitability, net worth and number of branches.

Group Indicators - Major shareholders name, percentage holding, status within a group(e.g.whether ultimate parent, parent or subsidiary), name of any subsidiaries, registration number for any subsidiaries and name of parent or ultimate parent.

Contact Names - Director's name, directors function, company secrearies names, directors who are shareholders, directors remuneration and employees remuneration.

Exporting - Identification of exporting companies, not just export agents and value of exports.

International Connections - identification of companies with foregin parents or subsidiaries, and identification of spectific country in which the foregin parent or subsidiary exists.
