For smaller (UK) quantities these can be looked up manually and usually returned within 24hrs, for quantities of 500+ we process these automatically with manual intervention if required on those numbers not found.  Again, data is usually returned within 24/48 hrs of receipt. If manual intervention is required on large files the delivery time will be extended however, those records already matched on the automatic run can be returned separately if required.

For smaller quantities data can be supplied as a hard copy line listing with a space left for the new/validated number to be written in. For larger quantities it is better to supply data as an ASCII comma delimited file with text in quotes (","). We would then insert an extra field into the data to take the new/validated number. For data that also requires manual intervention this would be printed as a hard copy and then datacaptured back to the main file.

Overseas look-up's can only be handled as hard copy line listings (as above) and need to be sorted  by country and then postal town. This enables the operator to process the data more efficiently and of course aides a speedier return. The standard return time for overseas data can be up to 10 working days depending on quantity and countries required. If data is supplied on magnetic media we will charge for the printing of a hard copy and then for datacapturing the new number back to the file.
