We provide a regular and ad hoc data capture and enhancement service to organisations with full 24/7 cover when required.  In addition to providing a full manual data capture and verification service we are able to capture a  wide range of barcoded data should this be present on your documents. We can output completed  data in any recognised machine code in a number of different formats including disks and CD's. Data can also be transmitted directly to your organisations mainframe or personal computers via modem links.  In addition to this we also utilise the Post Office own PAF software allowing us to provide a full postcode validation and generation service.

We are able to deal with data of a sensitive nature. As matter of course all data is treated in the strictest of confidence. Any data held on the premises during inputting is stored within a high  security bank vault to ensure full security is maintained.  A full range of internal procedures are maintained to ensure that completed data is returned to the highest standard possible.  Trained data control clerks maintain comprehensive logs to check that all data received is correctly batched, numbered and verified against customer specification.Most data entry work is fully verified (full double entry) ensuring any errors from the first data entry pass are highlighted to the operators. We also maintain a policy of random checks on various data  batches. Where a customer stipulates that single entry data capture is required we are unable to guarantee 100% accuracy as errors can occur as a result of poor quality hard copy etc.  Every effort is made to ensure single entry data capture work is still of the highest standard possible with regular spot checks and program validations.In addition to the full range of manual checks we build in as many automated validation/look up tables as possible into data capture formats, so maintaining the highest levels of accuracy.Once the job has been completed computer generated statistics are used to ensure that all data has been accounted for and corrected in accordance with customer requirements prior to dispatch.
