Consumer Register

Currently British law allows open access to the register of voters, although a number of data providers have collected base Electoral Roll data, none to date have cleaned a file so rigorously.  By accessing the 1998 Electoral Roll release and matching it back to current telephone subscribers files a whole new database is exposed, further data refinements include cleaning all names against the suppression file. Finally the whole database under went specific cleansing against the national deceased person's file, Royal Mail re Address data and monthly MPS and TPS screening.

Consumer data is generally only available for single use for a one off mailing campaign however telephone numbers can be added at an additional cost if required. Before any order can be accepted a sample mailing piece and/or script will be required for approval. This is to ensure that no offensive material is sent to consumers or in the case of healthcare products that no wild claims are being made that cannot be substantiated.
